Say my name; say my name

I had stopped giving Shane commands because I thought he was too reactive and jumping when I spoke rather than judging it himself. I was trying to give him direction with my body. So that hasn't been working. He is turning his head to see me and knocking bars when I am beside him. When I am behind, he's great. When I'm ahead, he rushes to catch up and knocks bars.

Tried a little experiment last night. So I started saying jump again and it's helping. He's turning his head because he can't see me anymore in his peripheral vision. Next appointment is in July. We'll see how much worse it's gotten, but for now I'll say jump.

Also, my recall words are all recall now. I have to say Shane to get his head. Maybe I can get it down to Sh.

What an education this dog has been for me.
