DeMar on Ice

Three times a day I have to ice my foot. I think I've frozen it a few times. You thought brain freeze was bad. Foot freeze is right up there.

Went to agility class Thursday morning and despite the stretching, my foot was hurting after our first run. By the time I got home I couldn't walk. The rest of the day was awful. I iced my foot and rested as much as I could. Friday I awoke to a better foot, but not great. It's been off and on all weekend, and today, Sunday, it's better, but I sit here writing with my foot in an ice wrap.

Shane's jumping situation is just as bad as it was before my foot situation. I noticed last night that he does just fine when we do a few jumps. He's calm and controlled. When I let him do a sequence, he goes too fast and knocks bars. Even at 8 inches. We'll just have to keep working on it. He's still a young pup and I keep forgetting. He's got more ribbons than Jake and Woody had at his age. I'm not even sure Woody had begun agility by this time. I'm probably expecting too much of this little guy.
